Refund process

Consulting fees are invoiced according to the signed statement of work. If you qualify for a refund under the eligibility section, submit a written request to contact@beamsparklight.digital with engagement reference, invoice numbers, and a short explanation. We acknowledge receipt within one (1) business day Korea Standard Time and route the request to finance for verification.

Timeframe

Where a cooling-off style arrangement applies to a pre-paid discovery block only, you may cancel without cause within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment, provided work has not materially commenced. Material commencement includes scheduled workshops you attended, customised architecture drafts delivered to you, or access to proprietary checklists. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method where technically possible.

Scope

This policy covers professional service fees paid directly to BeamSpark Claims Lab for engagements initiated through this site or a countersigned proposal. It does not cover pass-through vendor licences, travel expenses already incurred, or fees owed to partner firms introduced with separate contracts.

Exceptions

No refund is available for completed milestones accepted in writing, regulatory filing support already delivered, or on-site visits that occurred. If you terminate for convenience after work has started, you remain responsible for hours logged up to the termination effective date at the rates in the proposal.
