Retention
Contact form submissions, call notes you approve for sharing, and engagement correspondence are retained for up to thirty-six (36) months to document project decisions and support any follow-on work. Cookie preference keys are kept locally in your browser; our servers store only aggregated, non-identifying telemetry if you opt in. When retention periods expire, we delete or irreversibly anonymise records except where a longer period is required for tax, audit, or litigation hold purposes.
Third parties
We use infrastructure providers to host email and project artefacts. Those processors are bound by written agreements requiring confidentiality and subprocessors consistent with this statement. We do not sell personal information. If we introduce a new subprocessor that materially affects risk, we will update this statement and, where required, seek renewed consent for optional analytics.
Contacting the controller
BeamSpark Claims Lab acts as the data controller for information collected through this marketing site and initial intake forms. You may contact contact@beamsparklight.digital for privacy inquiries. We respond within a reasonable period, and within any stricter timeline agreed in an enterprise data processing addendum where one exists.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, or port certain personal data. In Korea, you may request access and correction under the Personal Information Protection Act. We verify requests to prevent unauthorised disclosure. Where we process data as a processor on behalf of an insurer client, we will direct you to that client for rights requests relating to claims files they control.
Data collected
We collect identifiers such as name, business email, company, and project size band when you submit forms. Technical logs may include IP address, user agent, and coarse geolocation derived for security monitoring. If you join a call, we may retain meeting summaries you explicitly approve. We do not collect sensitive categories such as health data through this website; any health-related claims modelling discussion stays within client-controlled environments.
Use of data and scope
Data is used to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, schedule consultations, and improve site performance on an aggregated basis when you opt in to analytics cookies. We do not use intake information to train public machine learning models. Marketing communications are sent only where consent or soft opt-in rules applicable to your organisation allow. This statement applies to processing connected with beamsparklight.digital and related intake processes operated from Korea; it does not describe processing performed solely inside your claims core systems. We do not knowingly collect information from children under fourteen (14) without verifiable parental consent, and our services are not marketed to children.
